It seems very good quality, and heats up very quickly and stays toasty warm the whole time you have it turned on. Definitely order larger than your normal size you wear in the USA. I ordered Medium for my elderly father who is not a large man. I tried it on first and I am not a large woman, normally take a small size 4-6 in women's clothing, and it fits me fine. So, I now have a new very nice heated vest, that I just kept.

I take medium size your chart said to order two sizes bigger, so I went to XL, I got them in, and the XL is too tight, need XXL. your size chart is wrong. I am not happy with because of that. Had to give them to someone that could use them

I have bought this for a Christmas gift , but so far the order was delivered fast, quality of Heated Vest I love( hope my son will like). The only thing I did nit read close enough the vest did not come with battery pack. But I ordered him one, after Christmas I can give pictures of vest and give better reviews. But so far going great
